Step 1: The virtual consultation
We meet over video call. You share inspiration images; we talk through your vision, venue, and timeline, and we show you fabrics and beadwork options on camera. For bespoke designs, sketches follow. It's the same consultation we hold in the store, from wherever you are.
Step 2: Guided measurements
Accurate measurements are the make-or-break of remote ordering, so we don't leave them to chance. We send a full measurement guide and then take you through every measurement live on video, with a friend or family member holding the tape. Where a bride has access to a local tailor, a professional double-check is a welcome bonus — but our guided process is designed to stand on its own.
Step 3: Design confirmation, in writing
Every detail — silhouette, fabric, beadwork, neckline, train, and timeline — is confirmed in writing before we cut a single thread.
Step 4: Progress updates while we craft
You receive photo and video updates at key milestones — the bodice taking shape, the beading in progress, the first full assembly. Brides tell us these messages become some of the most exciting of the whole engagement.
Step 5: Worldwide tracked delivery
Your finished gown is professionally packed to protect the beadwork and structure, and shipped with full tracking. We plan dispatch around your wedding date with time to spare, and we recommend a local seamstress steam-and-check on arrival. Customs duties, where your country charges them, are the recipient's side of the ledger — we tell you this upfront, never at the door.
What if it doesn't fit?
This is everyone's fear, and it's why the measurement stage is so thorough. Made-to-measure gowns cut from carefully taken measurements arrive needing at most minor local adjustment — the kind any competent seamstress handles in an afternoon.
